By using TieiT or signing up for an account, you’re agreeing to these Terms.
TieiT is a service that is being offered through the URL www.app.tieit.io (referred to herein as the “software” or “website”).
As a client of the Service or a representative of an entity that is a client of the Service, you are a “client” or “user” (or can be referred to as “you”) according to this agreement.
In order to use TieiT, you must:
By using TieiT, you represent and warrant that you meet all the requirements listed above, and that you will not use TieiT in a way that violates any laws or regulations.
TieiT does have the right to refuse service, turn off client accounts and/or modify eligibility requirements at any time.
The Term of your service begins when you sign up for TieiT and continues for one full year from the date your service begins on a yearly term. On a monthly term contract, the term of your service begins when you sign up for TieiT and continues on a month-to-month term. After the term is complete, your service will renew automatically on a month-to-month term.
Going to the website and entering your username and passwords means that you have officially “signed” the Terms of this service. If you sign up for TieiT on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your login information (username and password) secure and confidential. We are not responsible for any losses due to stolen or hacked passwords. We do not have access to your current password, and for security reasons, we may only reset your password.
The use of the service is paid on a monthly basis. Payments are due for any month on the same date, or the closest business date in that month, to the day you signed up and made your first monthly payment.
If you go over any service limit and reach another pricing level or require an add-on, then you will have to pay at the higher level on or before the next pay date.
As long as you are a client or have an outstanding balance with us, you will need to provide us with valid credit card information and authorize us to deduct the monthly charges against that credit card.
You agree to replace the information for any credit card that expires with information for a different valid credit card.
By providing your credit card to us, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to use that credit card and that any and all respective charges may be billed to that credit card and will not be rejected.
If for any reason we are unable to process the payment on your credit card, we will try to contact you by email and may suspend your account until your payment can be processed.
We will not issue refunds for unused services at any times.
We may give you a refund for a prepaid month if we stop providing our Services to you for a reason that is not listed in these Terms. You will not be entitled to a refund for any other circumstances.
If you wish to cancel your TieiT account, all cancellations must be done verbally over the phone by speaking to a TieiT representative. Email requests to cancel your TieiT account do not constitute acceptance of any cancellation. Only verbal requests done over the phone with a TieiT representative will create a cancellation request.
TieiT accounts that are on a one year term cannot be cancelled prior to the completion of the one year. If your TieiT account is on a one year term, cancellation requests can only be made after the one year is complete.
Any cancellations will take effect on the last day of the billing period in which the cancellation request was received.
Closing an account with TieiT cannot be done by simply canceling the credit card that we have on file. TieiT will continue to treat this as an open account and the billing cycle will continue which will result in a past due account that may be turned over to a third-party collection agency which could impact your credit.
Cancellation of an account does not dismiss any outstanding invoices. At the time of cancellation, any outstanding balance must be settled. All cancelled accounts with an outstanding balance may be automatically turned over to a third-party collection service.
We own all of the rights of the TieiT software along with any patents, trademarks and/or copyrights. MaaS Pros owns the visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics, design, computer code, products, software and all other components of the software. You shall respect any proprietary rights in association with TieiT and/or the company that owns the software.
You agree that you will NOT decipher, decompile, copy, reproduce, modify, disassemble or reverse engineer any component or all of the TieiT software.
You represent and warrant that you either own or have the permission to use all of the information that you upload and use in TieiT.
We promise to try and conduct any software updates, maintenance and/or bug fixes during “off-hours” that will least affect business operations of our TieiT clients.
You promise to follow these rules:
If you violate any of these rules, then we may suspend or terminate your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume full responsibility for any loss that results from your use of the Software and the Services, including any downloads from the Software. We will not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages under any circumstances, even if they are based on negligence or we have been advised of the possibility of those damages. Our total liability for all claims made about the Service in any month will be no more than what you paid us for the Service the month before.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide the material on the Software and the Service as is. That means we do not provide warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
You agree to indemnify and hold us and our Team harmless from any losses (including attorney fees) that result from any claims you make that are not allowed under these Terms due to a "Limitation of Liability" or other provision. You also agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any losses (including attorney fees) that result from third-party claims that you or someone using your password did something that, if true, would violate any of these Terms.
If you violate these Terms then we may seek injunctive relief or other equitable relief.
If we file an action against you or your company claiming that these Terms were breached and we prevail, we are entitled to recover reasonable legal fees (including attorney fees) and any other damages or other relief associated with filing a legal claim against you.
We cannot be held liable for any delays or failure in performance of any part of the Service, from any cause that is beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God (such as, hurricane, flooding, earthquake), changes to law or regulations, war or any other extraordinary event or circumstance beyond our control that may prevent you from using the Service under these Terms.
If a section of these Terms is not enforceable, then that section will be removed or edited, and the rest of the Terms will still be valid.
Yay! You have reached the end of the Terms. Thank you for taking the time to review TieiT’s Terms and Policies.
